Data

Who has access to computing education in Minnesota?

Which schools offer CS courses?

Have we achieved the state plan’s vision of every school district including CS learning opportunities?

In order to measure progress towards achieving the state plan’s vision, CSforAll-MN has developed data resources in collaboration with the Minnesota Department of Education and the ECEP Alliance.

CSforAll-MN also periodically publishes reports analyzing various issues and data sources relevant for computing education in Minnesota, from teacher licensure to higher education pathways.

If you’re interested in becoming involved with creating CSforAll-MN’s data and reports, we are open to volunteers! Please contact us at csforallmn@gmail.com.

Dashboards

The Minnesota Department of Education and the ECEP Alliance have created dashboards to track computer science learning, particularly in Grades 9-12. Learn more and explore the data through the dashboards.

Reports

CSforAll-MN reports provide a deeper dive and analysis of the data, including data not part of the dashboards. Read reports on higher education CS pathways, our 2023 Listening Sessions, professional learning, teacher preparation, and more!

Higher Education Pathway

CSforAll-MN examined higher education pathways in computing, looking at both what degrees are offered at which institutions in Minnesota and what graduation trends are across those programs. Explore Minnesota degree programs and the data on graduation in programs ranging from data science to software engineering to cybersecurity and more.
